How do I cancel my subscription?
Self-service. Go to Account → Manage subscription, click Cancel, confirm — done. No call required, no email to support, no humans involved. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
What if I want to upgrade to Unlimited later?
Click Upgrade in your dashboard at any time. Switch from Starter to Unlimited prorated automatically — you're billed only for the difference for the days remaining in your billing period.
How does proration work when I add or remove seats?
Stripe prorates automatically. When you add a seat mid-month, you're charged a partial amount for the new seat for the days remaining in the billing period. When you remove a seat, the unused portion is credited against your next invoice.
Do unused sessions roll over?
No. Each rep's session quota resets on the 1st of every month. The pricing assumes your reps are actually drilling — if they're consistently hitting the cap, you're getting your money's worth (or you should look at the Unlimited plan).
What happens if my card fails?
Stripe retries the payment for 7 days. After that, your account goes read-only — you can still see your past scorecards and transcripts, but new calls are paused until billing is restored. Nothing is deleted.
