How does per-seat pricing work?
Each rep on your team is one seat. The team admin (CRO, sales manager, or owner) buys 3+ seats on the Team tier and assigns them by inviting reps via email. You can add or remove seats anytime — Stripe prorates the change against your current billing period.
What counts as a session?
One roleplay call, up to 30 minutes long. The AI scores it the moment you hang up. The scorecard, the full transcript, and the audio replay are saved to that rep's history forever.
What if a rep leaves?
Remove them from your team in the dashboard. Their seat frees up immediately and you can assign it to the next rep. Their past scorecards stay in the team's history so you can compare cohorts over time.
